This policy describes what personal data we collect when you interact with vyud.tech, product subdomains, and our request forms.

What data we process

• Contact form data — name, email, phone, company, industry, message body. Source: demo-request and waitlist forms on the site.
• Usage analytics — anonymous visit statistics (page, region, source, user agent). Source: Plausible Analytics.
• Technical logs — IP address, request timestamps. Source: Vercel edge.

Purposes

• To contact you about the requested demo, or notify you when a product launches (waitlist).
• To improve the site and product based on anonymous analytics.
• Protection against abuse (rate-limiting, spam filtering).

Legal basis (GDPR)

• For contact forms — your explicit consent (the consent checkbox) and/or pre-contractual measures you requested.
• For analytics — our legitimate interest in improving the service. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect PII.
• For security logs — our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Cross-border transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or explicit consent.

Retention

• Demo and waitlist requests — up to 24 months from receipt, or until you request deletion.
• Plausible analytics — up to 12 months, not linked to a person.
• Vercel technical logs — up to 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Email contact@vyud.tech — we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

Material changes are published on this page with the effective date at the top. If changes affect processing purposes, we will request new consent.
