VYUD AI Platform Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of vyud.tech and the VYUD AI platform pages (the "Platform"). Terms of use for individual products (Frontline, LMS, Publisher etc.) are published on their own subdomains and apply additionally.

1. Who we are

VYUD AI is a set of AI employees for frontline business in Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Turkey. The Operator is Dmitry Vatiutov, an individual entrepreneur.

2. What you can do on the Platform

• Explore products, read the manifesto and materials.
• Submit demo requests and join product waitlists.
• Navigate to individual products via outbound links.

3. What you may not do

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Bypass rate limits, scrape content in bulk, or perform vulnerability scans without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or company when submitting forms.

4. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, logos, design) belongs to VYUD AI. Manifesto and product descriptions may be quoted with attribution. Logo use in marketing materials — by request.

5. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". VYUD AI uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Total cumulative liability is capped at €100 or the local-currency equivalent.

6. Changes to these terms

Material changes are published on this page with the date updated at the top. By continuing to use the Platform after changes, you accept the new version.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of actual residence. Disputes are heard in the court at the operator's actual place of business.
